 Double Envelope and its parent company, BSC Ventures, have acquired the operating assets of Oles Envelope Corporation in Baltimore, Maryland. Founded in 1912, Oles operates a 115,000 square foot custom envelope manufacturing facility with a focus on the direct mail market.
BSC's family includes Double Envelope, a custom envelope manufacturer with plants in Roanoke, Virginia and Gainesville, Florida and Convertagraphics, a four-color inline web printer and converter in Roanoke. Champion joins BSC's Convertagraphics, a four-color direct mail web printer in Roanoke, VA and Double Envelope, a custom envelope manufacturer with plants in Roanoke and Gainesville, FL.
