ROANOKE, Virginia, Sept. 16 BSC Ventures, LLC, a leading manufacturer of envelopes, bind-in order forms, file folders and medical imaging products today announced that it has completed a $3.2 million sale-leaseback transaction for its manufacturing facility located in Roanoke, Virginia with Autumn Investments, LLC, an investment partnership located in Roanoke. BSC will use the immediate proceeds to reduce debt and re-invest in the operations of the company.

According to Stockton Croft, President & CFO of BSC Ventures "We are pleased to conclude this transaction as it eliminates almost 50% of our remaining senior term loan and provides us with the capital flexibility to re-invest in our operating subsidiaries: Double Envelope, Convertagraphics, Diversified Assembly and Techno-Aide.

Autumn Investments engaged Mr. R. Lee Mastin, Broker and Principal of MKB Realtors for this transaction and the financing was secured by Mr. Wayne F. Munden, Senior Vice President and Officer of FNB Salem Bank and Trust.
