Acquisition of operating assets of Oles Envelope Corporation

Double Envelope and its parent company, BSC Ventures, have acquired the operating assets of Oles Envelope Corporation in Baltimore, Maryland. Founded in 1912, Oles operates a 115,000 square foot custom envelope manufacturing facility with a focus on the direct mail market.
BSC plans to continue to operate the Oles plant in Baltimore and transition the name to Double Envelope.
